- Pay your stamp duty!
- Pay your legal fees up to £1,000!

How it works.
Buy a property “off plan” which is due for build completion no less than 9 months from reservation date, and build up your buying costs as follows:
- Reserve your property with £500 in month 1 and exchange with £500 in month 2.
- Build up your 5% deposit by paying a fixed monthly payment of £500 per month until completion.
- Countryside Properties match your deposit savings towards your full 10% deposit
- Plus we will:
- Pay your Stamp Duty
- Pay your legal fees up to a maximum of £1,000
- Pay your ground rent/service charge cost for the first 6 months up to a maximum of £1,000
