Countryside Properties will help you build your deposit in stages:

  • Reserve your new home for £500
  • Exchange for £500
  • Make fixed monthly payments towards your 5% deposit until completion

PLUS!

  • On completion Countryside Properties match your deposit savings towards your full 10% deposit

AND
 

Countryside Properties will:

  • Pay your stamp duty!
  • Pay your legal fees up to £1,000!
  • Pay your ground rent/service charge for 6 months - up to £1,000!

How it works.

Buy a property “off plan” which is due for build completion no less than 9 months from reservation date, and build up your buying costs as follows:

  1. Reserve your property with £500 in month 1 and exchange with £500 in month 2.
  2. Build up your 5% deposit by paying a fixed monthly payment of £500 per month until completion.
  3. Countryside Properties match your deposit savings towards your full 10% deposit
  4. Plus we will:
    • Pay your Stamp Duty
    • Pay your legal fees up to a maximum of £1,000
    • Pay your ground rent/service charge cost for the first 6 months up to a maximum of £1,000

Buying off plan means you get the very earliest opportunity to buy and you get real choice. Because most schemes require a deposit up front few first time buyers can benefit from an off plan sale. Deposit Saver gives you just that opportunity.
What if I fall behind in building my deposit?
The Deposit Saver scheme is structured to provide first time buyers with as much support as possible. But you must be sure that you can meet the monthly payments before you agree to the scheme.
Whats the catch?
There is no catch. Deposit Saver does exactly as it suggests. It helps you build your deposit and save on your fees – and secure the home of your dreams.
